Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Meatyum, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality meat and seafood right to your doorstep with the utmost care and efficiency. Our processes are designed to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, maintaining safety, hygiene, and freshness at every step.

Serviceable Areas

  • We currently only deliver in Sectors 8, 9, 16, 17, & 18 in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai.
  • You can check availability by entering your delivery address during checkout.
  • We are continually expanding our service network to serve more locations.

Delivery Timelines

  • Meatyum offers 30-minutes delivery in the serviceable locations.
  • For Pre-orders, delivery slots are displayed during checkout, and you can choose the time that best suits you.
  • In rare cases of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, high demand, or logistical challenges), our team will inform you promptly.

Delivery Process

  • All orders are prepared on-demand to retain meat freshness.
  • Our trained delivery executives follow strict food safety practices, ensuring hygienic delivery.
  • If you are unavailable at the chosen delivery time, our team will attempt to reach you. A second delivery attempt may be scheduled at an additional cost.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free delivery on orders above a specified minimum value (displayed on the website/app at checkout).
  • A nominal delivery fee may apply to smaller orders or certain delivery slots.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive real-time updates via app notifications.
  • You can track your order status from dispatch till delivery.

Failed Deliveries

  • For unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the order, the order amount may not be refunded.
  • In cases where the failure is on Meatyum’s part, a full refund or redelivery will be offered.

Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not currently ship orders beyond our serviceable areas.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
