Return Policy

In an unlikely event, if the product does not match the order details or the product is rotten, then only you can return the product (chicken, goat meat, fish, crab, prawn) at the time of delivery. Please check your product at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery person.


Refunds

  • Your ordered product has been damaged at the time of delivery.
  • We cancel your order due to:
    • A] Your delivery location falling outside our designated delivery zones.
    • B] Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order.
  • You cancel the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the item you ordered for.
  • Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
  • All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 3–4 business days, in accordance with the terms stipulated by the issuing bank of your credit/debit card.

Cancellation Policy

  • As a general rule, you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation. If you cancel the order after it has been confirmed, MEATYUM reserves the right to charge a minimum fee of ₹75 and/or withhold the refund of the order value.

  • However, in the unlikely event of an item on your order being unavailable, we will contact you using the phone number provided during order placement. In such a case, you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and receive a refund as per our refund policy.

  • We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstances:

    • If the designated address falls outside our delivery zone.
    • Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order.
    • Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction, or authorization at the time of delivery.
    • Unavailability of all the items ordered at the time of booking.
